- All course fees (except City & Guilds) must be paid in full, on booking, to secure a place. Payment may be made by card or by cheque payable to Anne Dyer Foundation. No reservations of places may be made. Information about payment of City & Guilds course fees may be obtained from Westhope College.

- All course fees quoted are non-residential, unless otherwise stated, and include lunch and refreshments. Westhope College caters for most special dietary requirements; please notify us at least seven days prior to the start of the course.
|
- Fees for Drop-in days do not include lunch.
|
- Materials costs are included in course fees unless otherwise stated. Some materials may be provided by the tutor, at a small additional cost, on the day of the course. This will be stated in the course booking confirmation letter if applicable.We advise that you do not buy any materials required for a course more than two weeks in advance in case a course has to be cancelled for any reason.

If you cancel your booking within six weeks of the course start date, we regret that fees paid will not be refunded unless the course was full and your place can be re-sold. Students will be offered the option of either a full refund or of transferring the course fee paid to an alternative course if:

- a course is cancelled by us before the start of the course;
- a course has been rescheduled at a time different to that which was advertised;
- the stated course aims have been changed significantly.

- If, for reasons beyond our control, the named tutor is unable to attend, we reserve the right to substitute a tutor of equal standing.
|
- A course booking confirmation letter will be sent on payment of the course fee and is available upon request prior to enrolment. This letter will contain details of any items which you should bring with you to the course and of any health and safety issues of which you should be aware.

- All courses are suitable for students aged 16 and over. Some courses may be suitable for children aged 10 and over when accompanied, at all times, by a responsible adult. Please contact Westhope College if you are considering booking a course place for a child.

- Wheelchair access is available to most parts of Westhope College.
Please contact us, prior to the start of the course, to discuss any specific, additional requirements which you might have.

- Dogs must be kept on the lead at all times both in the College and in the grounds.
|
- Any photographs taken of students and their work are the property of Westhope College and may be used by the college for marketing purposes. Please let us know if you would prefer not to be photographed.

- We would like to use any positive feedback from students and visitors to help us in our promotion of Westhope College. Full names and addresses would not be published. Please let us know if you would prefer us not to do this.

- Westhope College reserves the right to postpone or cancel courses should enrolments not reach the required minimum number.
|
- Westhope College cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to personal possessions during students’ or visitors’ time at the college.
|
- Students and visitors are asked to comply with any request made to ensure their own safety and that of others attending Westhope College.
|
- Smoking is not permitted at Westhope College.
|
- Vehicles parked in the Westhope College car park are parked at students’ and visitors’ own risk.

- Details of courses are correct at the time of publication. Westhope College reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the programme or to course fees. Students will be notified in advance, where possible, of any changes.

- Please be aware that three small dogs visit Westhope College on a regular basis.
