|Mindful Awareness Through Pilates And Meditation
The workshop will introduce you to Mindful Awareness through the practice of both Pilates and Mindful Meditation.
You will experience Pilates, a mind-body exercise designed to improve core strength, flexibility as well as boost mood and manage pain. Pilates will focus on breath techniques that will help you to manage stress and promote relaxation.
In the afternoon you will make your own glitter jar that you can use to practise Mindful Meditation both in the workshop and at home thereafter.
You will leave the day feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and equipped to continue your home practice.
Your tutor Angela Creighton is a STOTT Pilates and Mindfulness Now qualified teacher.
Tutor will supply materials for this workshop. This cost is included in your fee.
This workshop is suitable for both beginners and improvers.
A picnic lunch will be provided.
