Mindful Awareness Through Pilates And Meditation – Cultivating Self-Care

Learn how to cultivate personal self-care through the practice of mindful movement and meditation.

The day will introduce you to the practice of Pilates, mindful walking and joint release, skills that will enhance your physical and emotional wellbeing.

In the afternoon we will explore the benefits of mindful mediation and its impact on our well-being. You will have an opportunity to create your own bespoke ‘self-care jar’ filled with tips and reminders to take care of your mind, body and soul.

Tutor: Angela Creighton – STOTT Pilates Instructor and Mindfulness Now practitioner.

Tutor will supply materials for this workshop. This cost is included in your  fee.

This workshop is suitable for both beginners and improvers.

A light lunch will be provided.
