||Natural Remedies for Health and Wellbeing
This workshop is for anyone who is interested in alternative therapies to find natural ways to boost your health and wellbeing.
You will be introduced to aromatherapy, finding out how to select and use essential oils safely. These can help with skin problems, stress and anxiety, sleep and basic first aid.
Discover Hydrosols and how to use them, as well as soothing self-massage techniques.
You will also be introduced to the Bach Flower remedy system and how to select remedies depending on your mood and situation. You will be given the opportunity to make your own personal treatment bottle to take home.
This workshop will provide an opportunity to develop your holistic therapy knowledge and skills in a friendly, sociable environment and enable you to take what you have learned in the session and practice at home.
Tutor will provide all materials for this workshop. This cost is included in your fee.
A picnic lunch is provided.
This workshop is suitable for both beginners and improvers.
Your tutor, Lisa Cooper Dip. RM (MSM), BFRP, MIFPA is a Massage Therapist, Flower Essence Practitioner and Clinical Aromatherapist.
